I applied online. The process took four weeks. It was very quick, with four rounds in two days: two coding, one SD, and one behavior round. The coding was a little difficult, but the SD and behavior rounds were fair. The interviewers were nice.

Pros: Highly motivated, talented, and personable engineers to be inspired by.
High impact, minimal bureaucracy.
Values of ownership, responsibility, and where the best idea wins.
Cons: Personally, I typically put in more than just 8 hours a day, but I've never had to work longer than I wanted to. I think it comes along with having a job you enjoy at a company with lots of interesting work to do.
