Process

I talked to a recruiter at my campus career fair in February. They emailed me about an onsite interview a few days later. The interview consisted of questions about my resume, a technical question, and then questions I had for the interviewer. The technical question was not too difficult, and the interviewer was really nice throughout the interview. He guided me in the right direction and told if I was on the right path. I had a great conversation with him also.

Uber Work Experiences

Super culture, Super company

Pros: The people. As someone that has worked with a lot of companies as an employee or consultant, Uber is the company I've always dreamt of working at. The leadership not only talks the talk, but they walk the walk. Goals and objectives are stated clearly. Energy is high. And, it is very refreshing to see so much diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration, just like there should be everywhere.

Cons: There are some, and they are aware of them, and they are working to address them. So I guess that isn't a con at all.
