Pros: - Lots of interesting projects to work on: The company is constantly expanding into new areas, which means no shortage of new projects.
- Opportunities for growth: Joined as a front-end engineer; a few months in, already getting opportunities to learn and work with full-stack.
- Comp is very competitive, with potential IPO next year.
- Team specific: My manager and team are very supportive and advocate strongly for a good work/life balance.
Cons: - Organization: With fast growth, it's easy for things to become disorganized—outdated docs, multiple redundant resources, etc.

Pros: Excellent compensation.
Amazing benefits (food, health, etc).
Great colleagues and fun social events.
Cons: There have been a number of mass layoffs in 2019 and 2020, but this is somewhat common in SF for tech. You can always get a job elsewhere if it happens.
