The interview process was an odd collection of questions. It became very clear early on that the people who currently worked in the group were thrown into the deep end on day one and never were properly helped. As one of the interviewers said, "Yes, it has been a very stressful last 3 months." He had been there for 4 months at the time.

They had been looking to fill the position for over 4 months, and it is clear from the questioning and requirements that it will take them quite some time longer to find anybody.

Before I walked out, I had decided to pass if an offer was ever made.
