Flexibility, but with lots of issues.
Uber has very bad service. Customers are not given any consideration.
I once had my account suspended on the app despite having a very good rating from customers. I received a message saying that I would be contacted. Uber did not say when. I had to wait because there was nothing I could do.
Then, when Uber decided to contact me, I was told that someone had said that I was driving another car. So, when I asked who, I was told that it was confidential. So, I asked what car, what color, and I had the same answer.
The Uber agent asked me to explain myself. I said that it was really easy to double-check that, since the car had three cameras and that it was a rental car. So, the agent opened the app within the minute without even checking what I said.
Today, I again had my account suspended and I am told that someone would contact me. I spoke to an agent from Uber who said he could not do anything and that they had a department that deals with suspended accounts that no one could get in touch with.
What a poor service. I understand why the UK Government is so unhappy with Uber. They are offering a very poor service in comparison to how much they are making from their customers. Uber is making money with drivers but does not act as a business company, but rather as a predator.

They discussed my CV and cover letter. They also asked if I could work without sponsorship in the US. Unfortunately, I needed sponsorship, and I did not get the offer.
Apply Your first step is applying, of course. Use our job search to explore open roles, and if you see something you like, hit apply. Uber moves fast, and new roles are added all the time, so check back regularly. Talk with a recruiter or sourcer
Five different interviewers asked a mixture of personal, coding, and technical design questions. The process lasts 5 hours with a 15-minute break in the middle. You are welcome to take shorter breaks for the washroom or water if you need them.
