It's a relatively long process and involves culture interviews. It has three rounds of interviews, some face-to-face and some through video. You will meet different kinds of personalities during the interviews, but they all stress culture.

There was a preliminary Skype call which asked general questions. Then, there was a series of technical questions in person that included real-world scenarios and a timed coding test.

Fair phone interview asked about quadtree encoding. Then they flew me up to Pittsburgh, where I met the team on campus. Small teams working on difficult problems.
