Engineers have a high standard for their work. I got to work on a lot of interesting problems and be involved in projects that honed my abilities as an engineer.
My team was slightly understaffed at the time, and it was sometimes hard to find updated information on certain projects due to a lack of documentation.
The first round was a coding round, with 4 problems on CodeSignal. This test is proctored and requires a camera. Reference materials can be used, but code cannot be copied (for obvious reasons). Skills tested: * Coding Fundamentals * Data Manipulati
I was ghosted after a whole day of onsite interviews. I met the whole team I was going to work for, and the hiring manager. Not even a single line of rejection. Very rude and unprofessional.
Overall, the interview process is smoothing. I met around 10 engineers there. They are smart and have solid backgrounds. During the interviews, they showed respect to their candidates. You can book your hotel and flight yourself and be reimbursed
