In 2017, I started with a phone screening. Then I completed a technical assessment and was invited for an on-site interview. There were multiple panel interviews with engineering management, procurement, and engineers. Lunch was provided.

It was a range of three interviews and a homework assignment. I only went to the first interview before getting rejected, but the interview was about one-fourth behavioral and three-fourths technical.
