Hybrid setup, WFH every other week. "Repurposed" some QAs, which left us with a ton of work and this led to being understaffed.
A hybrid setup must vary depending on the role. In our department, we can complete day-to-day tasks without being in the office. It would be better if the hybrid setup is at least 1 day RTO every week.
