They celebrate all community/religious festivals. You have so much freedom to express yourself, both as yourself and as an employee. You can own your ideas and execute them.

Without warnings, they will fire you for their cost reduction! They fired the best people in the market, the most sincere ones because they don’t really care.

Inform them if a candidate is not hired after going through interviews. You can even set up automated emails to the rejected list.

Make a more careful decision when firing a bunch of people. You don't know what you are doing to so many lives. Don't keep some because they are close to you and fire some because they aren't close to you. People will know; you can't hide it.
