8. Contractors are told directly to do whatever is assigned; as a contractor, our opinions would matter the least.
9. Favoritism is at its height.
10. One of the worst work cultures one would experience here.
11. Do not share any of your personal or professional growth with anyone; they try to influence and put you down.
