Great company with a very interesting product and extraordinary people from various parts of South America. Great quality of life. Incentive to use new technologies as soon as they are released. Good salary and benefits.
The integration with Uber killed the company culture. Now decisions are top-down, with uncertainties about the future of those working from home, loss of benefits, etc.
The Uber health plan is a joke and is only good if you live in the city of São Paulo.
