Pros

Amazingly fast-growing company, with more room to grow. It attracts good people and has locations across the globe. Startup mentality at the regional offices, with big company (hopefully) resources.

Cons

$40 billion, how much can your options really grow? It's probably great for the first group of employees, but I cannot imagine a new employee becoming an options millionaire.

Advice to Management

Chill out. Play for the long haul and stop trying to kill people. Customers are going to notice this sooner or later, and no amount of convenience or price is going to restore goodwill. Don't become the new overlords (e.g., medallion owners) via technology. Make your service actually better. Lyft is mostly a joke anyway, and they are only rising because of your awful behavior.
