Cons
  • Lengthy interview process (recruiters are lazy to reply).
  • During recruitment, you will hear things like, "We are very flat management," "start-up culture," and "We value talent." But in practice, when you join and want to change your team, it's quite the opposite. They really don't care about talent, and you are just another use-and-throw resource for the company.
  • Fake career promises.
  • Recruiters, as well as team managers, are trained to lie and deceive at every stage.
  • Extremely poor relocation support.
  • You cannot unleash your potential or talent when it comes to programming; company bureaucracy, policies, and hierarchy overtake everything.
  • Only a few limited teams have the pleasure of doing some cool stuff.
