Pros

Decent perks. Great pay. Occasionally good work. Fairly transparent culture, and politics seemed to be limited.

Cons

Inconsistent promotion policies.

Not really supporting fully remote work.

Sneakily trying to get people back to the office without outright setting a policy mandating that.

Depending on the team, you could get a poor manager, boring or very little work, too much red tape, or too many barriers to cross through to get something done. Or you might get a pretty good manager, decent work, and high autonomy. It's usually the former, though.

Advice to Management

A lot of people were dissatisfied with their career growth. Reasons for not being promoted were often pointed to things not really in their control, due to either inconsistent policies or targeting poor metrics.
