- Great learning curve.
- The core business involves challenging engineering problems.
- Good work environment and uplifting culture.
- Work-life balance is decent.
- Good compensation and benefits.
- Not many cons that I can see as of now, since I haven't been through the appraisal process, I can't comment on that.
- There were recent layoffs, but that hasn't seemed to change anything in the day-to-day working and morale of existing employees.
