Breakfast provided, lunch provided + ability to pack dinner, snacks, smoothies, coffee bar, Uber shuttle transportation, Uber credits each month, exciting projects, supportive team, great cohort, good female-male ratio in the intern cohorts, fast-moving environment.
The work-life balance of full-time engineers is not as good. The housing stipend for San Francisco is pretty low.
