Incredible work environment, exciting projects, and inspiring people who are always willing to help and teach.
My only complaint about the company is about my former manager. This person started mocking me for no reason. It seems like everything I had done didn't seem right or enough for him, while the entire team always said the opposite about my work. I tried to change to another project twice, but clearly my former manager didn't support me when I talked about it and never tried to help me with this. So for the sake of my mind, I left the company.
Not every place is perfect to work, and sometimes team leadership may not be compatible with some people. My advice for the company management is, try to think about a system where their own employees can self-choose about moving to another leadership and project without having to involve parties that clearly have no interest in listening or helping those beyond their power.
