Free lunch, Uber credit every month.
- Communication cost is high.
- Project domain by PM, not engineers.
- Laid off would not stop.
- Mobile architect far away from market.
- Very slow development pace because of #1 and the engineering department generates too many rules for engineers to follow, which significantly delays the product and individual improvement.
- No culture; people in the same office just come to work and then leave. Too busy to deal with the #1 issues.
Managers are good, but we just could not stop worrying about our job security and found it hard to focus.
