If I didn't work here and I knew what kind of work was going on at Uber, I would be pretty sad.
There is a ton of opportunity. There is a lot to learn. There is a lot to build. There is a lot to celebrate. I really can't think of another place I'd like to be.
As we grow at our crazy rate, we encounter problems.
It is up to us to step up and fix those problems.
Great company, I love it.
I was ghosted after a whole day of onsite interviews. I met the whole team I was going to work for, and the hiring manager. Not even a single line of rejection. Very rude and unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. The interview process began with an initial phone screening with a recruiter to discuss my background. This was followed by a technical coding interview with two developers. Finally, I had another in-depth
This was a very unique experience. I had heard of Uber rescinding offers but had never experienced or seen anyone else going through it. Somehow, I experienced it myself. I had applied for a role in core infrastructure but somehow ended up interview
