- Salary is extremely different based on country.
- Better distribute projects. Sometimes an IC has a lot of projects while others have just a small one.
- Care more about ICs' impact instead of the number of pull requests.
- Give projects with impact and not just small ones to everyone to have the opportunity to grow.
