Comp is good. Not top of the market, but above median.

Cons

Leadership has no technical vision. Poor strategy. Promoted some senior ICs to become bad middle managers. Reorg after reorg after reorg because leadership has no actual vision. PIP quotas leading to silent layoffs. This causes a lot of stress on remaining souls.
