Probably one of the most messy and unstructured companies I've ever worked for. The Django stack is unacceptable. If you have written Python/Django at scale, the code is spaghetti for no good reason. Security is a joke.
Architects have no clue what's going on, and people from the past are just waiting to cash out their precious pre-IPO stocks and run away.
If you are a seasoned engineer, find a better place.
Stop dictating directions. This is not a race for an IPO; this is a product with customers that deserve quality.
