Working at Udemy is an exciting ride. Online education is a hot topic these days, and Udemy is in a good place to bring new ideas and challenge it.
But mostly, co-workers at Udemy are great. The culture is like nowhere else; people are smart, fun, and friendly.
There are lots of events to get to know each other, as we achieve more when we are all together. Udemy has a nice new office with lots of perks as well.
Though growing fast, Udemy is keeping the culture to the best it can.
The goals are well-defined by the executive team, and Dennis, our CEO, is also transparent with the employees about every aspect of the company and very trustworthy.
It would be great to be sometimes more connected to students on the platform. As this is a growing startup, it still needs to learn about better communication between teams.
