Pros

The product and people you directly work with are all first class. I was very happy with my team. Pay and benefits were good as well.

Cons

Lost all the culture that made the company great. Lacking clarity in strategy and making business decisions that don't make sense.

This company used to care a lot about employees and culture, and that's all been removed.

Layoffs were terribly fumbled. I could not get any answers from HR, and they failed at essentials like informing an impacted employee on how to file for unemployment, giving timelines on severance payments, etc.

The severance was lacking as well, especially compared to previous layoffs.
