I love working at Udemy!
For the onboarding process, the whole staff makes you feel welcome, and people went out of their way to tell me about their departments. My manager is very thoughtful and knowledgeable, and maintains an open dialogue regarding architectural choices and work division.
I feel supported and inspired to succeed, and I receive constant feedback about my progress.
The culture is similarly open, and there is a team that plans events and parties often. Everyone sits together in the kitchen for lunch. I feel lucky to be at Udemy!
The compensation is less competitive than other similarly-sized startups, and the salary structure is not open to negotiation.
