At first, I received an email to confirm a phone call. After the phone call, I was given a homework task, which consisted of a project that needed to be fixed. Following this, I was told to wait for one month, until after the new year, so they could "open" new positions. After that, I was invited to another interview with the team lead. I had to complete some tasks on the spot and, again, wait for an answer. Eventually, after two weeks of waiting, I was asked to provide references. However, they stated they had no open roles at that time and that I would need to wait another two weeks due to a quick rotation of new workers. Nothing unusual occurred at that point.

Two months went by, and I was contacted by another recruiter (who also demonstrated questionable ability in writing formal emails in English) with an offer for a different position, but still not the one I initially applied for. I expressed interest, and again, I waited for two to three weeks while they fully developed the position description and finished their internal rotation.

Now, as of March, it has been two months since I was accepted and almost four months since the initial interview. I received a new email asking me to apply for this new position from the beginning. This demonstrates pure disrespect to candidates and future employees, and I would strongly advise avoiding this company as an employee at all costs.
