Cons: Salary is competitive but could be higher Career opportunities are difficult to get in this position as this position itself does not lead any higher but can serve as a starting position to get into a slightly different one but there is a lot of competition from coworkers and outside combined (there is no clear path up from this position, you have to make a jump and then you can start climbing the ladder)
