Pros: How can a corporate environment feel so welcoming and like home? Everyone is friendly and curious, and we can do our own projects in our free time, including commercial ones. Compensation is competitive, and the company mission feels close to heart. WFH until next July.

Cons: Growth pains - things move so fast that it's sometimes hard to keep track. One month vacation might mean there was an organizational change. Some teams need to work between time zones, so that imposes some WLB challenges, but the managers are understanding.
