Unity has an excellent interview process. The interviewers are genuine, intelligent, humble, kind, and reassuring. The questions cover a large number of software fundamentals and can easily lead into more complex topics, allowing you to showcase your understanding. There is plenty of room to present yourself as much as you want, as well as to learn as much about Unity as you wish. They actively assess your skills during the interview and strive to find the best possible fit for you within the company. Communication before and after interviews was top-notch, and I always felt informed of my standing in the interview process without prompting. Any questions I had outside of an interview were quickly answered.

The interview covered many technical questions regarding programming fundamentals, along with a few concerning the Unity Engine.

For example, a question asked to explain the difference between a hash table and an array, and where and why you would use each one.

There was also a programming test with a time limit of 3 hours.

Each interview included a few cultural fit questions as well.
