The interview process consisted of four interviews over roughly a three to four-week period. The first interview was a screening interview with the recruiter.

The next steps were:

• An interview with a Manager/Department Head.
• An online technical interview with a whiteboarding test.
• A final personality type interview with team managers.

I found the interview process to be very polished and professional. I was constantly kept updated at each stage and informed of what was expected for each interview.

The recruitment staff were a pleasure to work with, and everyone involved with the whole process was friendly and put me at ease during each stage. This was great because at some points, I was quite nervous, especially conducting an online whiteboard-style interview, which I had never done before.

There were interesting technical questions around Unity and C#, as well as Software Engineering principles.

This was probably the most enjoyable interview process I have been through and left me with a great first impression of Unity as an organization.
