I had several rounds of interviews.
First, I met with Talent Acquisition for general questions related to my background and what I was looking for in the role.
Next, I chatted with the hiring manager, who explained the role more and we discussed my management style and experiences.
Then, I had two more one-on-one interviews. We discussed past experiences, how I would work through certain situations, and how I would set my team up for success.
The final interview was with the hiring manager again. We went a bit more in-depth with some questions and I had another chance to ask my questions.
