Process

I applied through their career page.

1st call was with the recruiter to go over the position and the team. She asked me to introduce myself.

2nd round was a take-home coding challenge with four questions, lasting 1.5 hours. The questions were easy to medium on Codility.

3rd round was onsite and consisted of four interviews: three algorithm interviews and one system design interview. The questions were easy to medium on LeetCode. They cared more about approach, thinking, and correct answers rather than optimized answers.

I got the offer the next day.

The interview process was very smooth. The recruiting team was helpful and friendly. Team members were also helpful and ready to answer questions about the team and culture.
