Pros: Big player in the gaming industry. People are generally very friendly.

Cons: Sooner or later, one will realize that working hard at Unity will bring nothing in return. You will get a few "good job" and "you're awesome" from your peers and manager, but it will translate to *zilch* in financial reward. Unity is a transitory point for many software engineers. You join and mayyyy be get to work on a cool-sounding project. But working here for more than a year is a grave and career-ending mistake. Most stick around till their stock vests and move on to more rewarding opportunities. The ones that stay for longer are either too rusty to look for another job or one of the early employees with a millionaire-making stock package.

Pros: There are no pros at this point.

Cons: Unity put some of its leaders in the spotlight, like Jeff Szenes, Timoni West, and John Riccitiello. However, these people are terrible and/or abusive leaders. Don't let their social media presence fool you. They create disaster zones.
