Pros

Good work-life balance. Nice office.

Cons

Hiring like crazy and then lays people off. Management is searching for growth in diversification but helpless in recognizing their main assets. The SaaS model they already have is the key. Epic Games is a very tough competitor, offering a better product for free.

Advice to Management

Instead of hiring thousands of employees and then laying them off, be more conservative in your hiring and spending and keep your experienced employees. Instead of trying to create new products for new industries and then abandoning these products before they become a success, add these tools to your current platform. This will make your current customers happier and build a new customer base for your new platform.
