Morale: Very low. Everyone I know is unhappy and looking to move out. This place is toxic to its core!
Leadership: A joke. Constant reorgs. Too many incompetent and political managers who only care about themselves. All tech leads are first-time managers. Go figure!!
Hiring: There are better tech companies out there with better culture, benefits, and pay.
Career growth: LOL.
HR: The worst of any team I've encountered.
