Pros

Matching donations, 4% RRSP matching, 15% discounted stock in ESPP, RSUs on hire and refresh grants to pad salary (which isn't too bad), flexible schedule generally, employee resource groups, pro license, swinging back to allowing remote employees.

Cons

Uncertainty with all the re-orgs and layoffs every few months, and no end in sight. The wellness benefit was cut, and the Unity Gear store employment anniversary gift. What/who is next on the cutting block?

Advice to Management

I would love to get some reasoning why decisions are made and what was considered. The RIFs and reorgs don't make sense. It sounds like some were asked for input, but then the input was ignored.
