Cons

Hard work is not rewarded.

Hierarchy.

No room for growth.

There is no transparency from managers on key decisions that impact you and the team.

HR tend to lie.

Some people are blamed by managers for expressing their opinions.

Managers prefer people who are submissive, not people who can solve problems.

Most people think that soft skills are more important than technical skills.

So if you find Unity products have a lot of bugs, you should not be surprised.
