Free snacks, food.
Occasional disorganized “town-hall” meetings.
Where to start? Let’s start with the culture decline. This review title was spot on.
Management is untrained, unethical, and out for themselves. Watch your back at all costs.
HR clearly writes reviews on here. There are so many unhealthy and overworked employees. Walking through the halls of the office is similar to a ghost town.
Elaborating on the ghost town: it used to be a happy town until HR completely terrified everyone, with upper leadership guiding the way.
No work-life balance; boundaries are non-existent.
Way too many opportunities to access adult beverages and no sensitivity to non-drinkers.
Stop posting positive reviews through HR. I know this will be called out as untrue, but we all know it’s happening.
Dishonesty contributes to the culture's downward spiral, so treat your employees with honesty, or else you will lose them.
Get back on track. The Unity way before was much better! I know you can do it, but start by looking in the mirror. Self-reflection is what we are encouraged to practice in our society every day. As leaders, you should know how to contribute to a positive workplace environment through self-reflection.
It’s not too late, but good luck because so many people are dropping like flies.
Contacted by HR, followed by several rounds of tech and behavioral interviews by the team manager and seniors. Questions vary by team and are at an average level, not limited to the form.
The interview process was a very nice experience with Unity. I lived out of state at the time, and they flew me in and set me up with a nice hotel. The interview itself also went great. Everyone involved was super friendly, and nothing felt confusi
I had a very positive experience interviewing at Unity Technologies. My recruiter was very responsive and scheduled my interviews quickly. The interview process lasted 3 weeks and consisted of: * A phone screen * A Coderpad challenge * A 4-hour in
