Not everything is figured out at the company, which means that you can make your mark if you have good ideas. If you enjoy a merit-based company and do good work yourself, then it will be welcome at Unity.
While management overhead is minimal, there is still an aura of politics playing out in the workplace. Compensation and benefits are not the best, and career growth is limited.
Get back to the roots of what makes the company work well. Continue to operate with the ideal of transparency internally to employees. Find a way to disincentivize political games at the company, as it just creates islands across groups and hurts long-term growth.
