Transparent team culture. Balanced work-life experience. Relatively new stack. Company invests a lot in developer platform and tools.
Teams are new, and so not as established in a lot of practices. The promotion policy is unclear. Some teams don't agree with this and don't implement the company-wide new policy for employee performance reviews.
