Pros: Typical Series C startup executing on a very convincing strategy. There's a lot to build this year, and the team is growing a lot. Generally high talent density compared to the tier 1 fintech startups out there.
Cons: Lots to build with relatively rigid timelines. The company is pushing R&D teams to perform with higher productivity.
