Cons: Startup culture means WLB sacrifice. Low performers managed out quickly (is this a con?)

Pros: Lots of really smart people, strong leadership, and a bright future for the business.

Cons: Can be a grind as we work through eng ops, which is standard for a company with a maturing product.

Pros: Company is growing fast and sustainably. Strong PMF, moat, and huge opportunities for expansion. Revolutionizing a huge industry with very outdated incumbents. Challenging and interesting technical problems in the fintech space (mortgages). Smart, ambitious coworkers with low egos. Competitive equity compensation. Flexible remote policy. Future household name in tech (think Stripe, Figma, Databricks, Rippling, Ramp, etc.).

Cons: WLB is possible to have here, but most people choose to go above and beyond work-wise. Liquid compensation (i.e. cash bonuses or higher base) feels low compared to other companies of this caliber.
