Associate QA Engineer Interview Experience - Toronto, Ontario

Process

Very Bad

I interviewed for the Toronto location.

There were a total of 5 rounds:

  1. Hiring Manager
  2. Two team members
  3. In-person interview with two other team members
  4. Hiring Manager
  5. VP of the company

The problem is that I passed all interviews. I even received confirmation that everything was fine, and the process moved forward with a reference check. All references were also good, and then suddenly, I received a rejection without any reason mentioned. This is not the right way to reject someone. I spent one and a half months on this process, so I have the right to know the reason for the rejection.

This company is slightly dangerous due to politics. I learned that internal politics are very high. So, if you clear 5-6 interviews, don't stop applying. Keep applying because you cannot trust the process of this company.
