Cons: From my perspective, there are no cons.

Pros: Let me think about it.

Cons: Low tolerance on errors, even trivial ones. Micromanagement in a very arrogant way.

Pros: Still, some good team members exist.

Cons: No work-life balance. Micromanagement. Zero autonomy. Toxicity. No or absolutely zero diversity. Favoritism/nepotism. Middle management can't make any decisions and always has to escalate and double-check with their bosses. Middle management has no management skills and they act very unprofessionally most of the time. No empathy from middle or upper management. All they care about is work, work, and work. No teamwork. No trust within the team. No transparency. Fear-driven environment. Heavy processes that create impediments rather than add value. Be careful when working with some team members, as they will steal your credibility and use you as their stepping stone. Long hours and no rewards. PTO policy sucks. RSU stock is a trap. Only negative feedback is given unless you are the favorite "special snowflake". Work and be treated like a slave/labor. Internal transfer is a joke.
