Process
The interview process involved several rounds with a manager, colleagues, and a director. The final round was with the VP.
During the entire interview process, I experienced some disability and age discrimination.
I applied for a full-time permanent role; however, this was changed to a contract role after several rounds of interviews.
From the interviews, I could see there is no work-life balance at the company.
Questions
The interviews were all Zoom interviews. The questions were not difficult, assessing both technical and behavioral aspects.

No trust within the team. No transparency. Fear-driven environment. Heavy processes that create impediments rather than add value. Be careful when working with some team members, as they will steal your credibility and use you as their stepping stone. Long hours and no rewards. PTO policy sucks. RSU stock is a trap. Only negative feedback is given unless you are the favorite "special snowflake". Work and be treated like a slave/labor. Internal transfer is a joke.
