Process

One phone screen led to an on-site interview.

The phone screen was a bit unusual. The interviewer actually hung up after giving me the coding question. He said he didn't want to "overbear" me, wanting me to think independently. If I had questions, I was to use CollabEdit to chat with him. I'm not sure that's the best approach, as he couldn't see my thought process.

The on-site interview consisted of two parts: one with a coding question and the other, more behavioral, focused on my resume. The coding question was fairly standard, as was the behavioral one.
