After applying, I was sent a brief 'Personality Assessment' which consisted of vague questions unrelated to the job and clearly biased against neurodivergent individuals. The test was quite abysmal, trying to label and filter applicants based on HR nonsense. Was rejected without any further feedback or having the chance to speak to a human.
