Pros

Flexible. You can work from home if you need to. Take random days off, as long as you do well and your manager is okay with it.

Health benefits are okay. Life insurance was just recently added.

The company itself is doing great. There are no fears of layoffs here.

Cons
  • Low pay (if you're not a developer)
  • Stingy
  • No compensation outside of some (few) stock opportunities
  • No upward movement within the company. They will hire a nobody before they promote the guy who's been there for 3 years.
  • Very few events throughout the year: 1 summer and 1 winter event.
  • Some events are only for developers.
  • No 401k matching
  • Their #1 priority is "customer success." In doing that, they leave employee success in a far second.
  • No food. The kitchen is only stocked with a small amount of fruits/nuts on Monday, which are gone by Tuesday.
Advice to Management

There needs to be more of a focus on employee success.
