4 pm “engagement” meetings that nobody wants to attend.
Changed PTO policy from unlimited to 3 weeks. They initially made sick days a part of this 3-week policy. I wonder what sick person thought of this policy; they probably live to work and don’t work to live. They walked it back because they realized how idiotic this decision was, lol.
There were several employees who got promotions yet received a 0% raise. Veeva is very well known for underpaying, and they’re taking advantage of it. Not even an inflation adjustment; pathetic.
Remove "Employee Success" as one of the company values; it doesn’t apply anymore.
It should be replaced with "Corporate Greed".
The interview process involved a behavioral screen, followed by an online assessment (OA), and then a four-hour-long team day. Passing these stages would lead to an offer. I did not receive the offer. The interview was conducted entirely in Java. T
