Friendly coworkers, remote work. Can’t think of anything else, which is the sad part.

Where do I start?

4 pm “engagement” meetings that nobody wants to attend.

Changed PTO policy from unlimited to 3 weeks. They initially made sick days a part of this 3-week policy. I wonder what sick person thought of this policy; they probably live to work and don’t work to live. They walked it back because they realized how idiotic this decision was, lol.

There were several employees who got promotions yet received a 0% raise. Veeva is very well known for underpaying, and they’re taking advantage of it. Not even an inflation adjustment; pathetic.

Advice to Management

Remove "Employee Success" as one of the company values; it doesn’t apply anymore.

It should be replaced with "Corporate Greed".
